The Joys Of A Qwerty Phone

Sometimes I don’t know how those teenagers do it…type with their two thumbs on their phones.  I’ve watched a few of them and some of them are even faster than me on a regular keyboard!  Actually, some day I might have to have a race experiment with a teen to see who is faster — phone or regular keyboard.  For old timers like me, I need a qwerty keyboard phone to help me out.

I find it quite funny to see these thumb typers tapping away when there is such a better way (not including just dialing your friend and talk to them!)

Qwerty cell phones are just exactly what you think they are….cell phones (usually a smart phone) that includes a qwerty or full keyboard so that you can type like a normal computer keyboard.  Obviously they are a lot smaller than a computer keyboard but it sure is a lot easier to type on than a phone number pad.

If you are looking into getting yourself a qwerty mobile phone, there are many different ones out there.  Blackberrys, iPhones, and all the other popular brands all now have qwerty keyboard phones.  Just click here to see some excellent deals on some qwerty phones.

There are so many designs including keyboards that flip out, flick out the bottom, out the side, on the touch screen itself, and many others.  It’s quite interesting to see some of the cool innovative ways that smart phone companies can incorporate a full alphabet in such small devices.  The more power to them though because it makes it a lot easier for people to use.
