After a few posts about PDAs and Smartphones it’s time to make the first step into the category of GPS devices.
I am presenting to you the TomTom GO 720 Bluetooth Portable GPS Navigator, one of the GPS devices which have stepped into the TOP of the year 2007. I found it on Amazon for $398.51, in my oppinion that’s a pretty good price for one of the best GPS Navigators.
Go 720 is powerful boosted by a 400 MHz Porcessor, 64 MB RAM , a WQVGA display (480×272 pixels), it is the perfect car navigation system. It has an integrated SD compatible card slot, the device also is shipped with a 2gb card preloaded with the mentioned maps. TomTom also integrated in the Go 720 a FM Transmitter, which will allow you to play mp3s saved on the SD Card of the GPS on your cars radio.
A great advantage is the fact that it was released about half a year ago and during the last 2-3 months the price of this device has slowly decreased and will continue decreasing, that’s why you are able now to get a very intelligent GPS Device at a lower price.
