PDA Remote Tracker is a free application (open source), I discovered it about two hours ago on Modaco, it gets very easy installed, requires a Windows Mobile PDA with built in GPS in order to work and most importantly.. it’s free!

This application actually catches the GPS coordinates and sends them to the real owners backup number SMS program, in case you lose your phone or it gets stolen the PDA’s and the thiefs exact location will be sent to you.

But the best feature of the PDA Remote Tracker is about to be unveiled: once your hard reset a thief expects to get rid of the application, but this won’t happen: thanks to some registry edits the application remaines installed and perfect functional, continuing sending data to your backup sms.
