A new phone dialer plugin is available for the Windows Mobile platform. Elecon Dialer allows you to make a call from the home/today screen. It looks like a line with sliding effect from where all your contacts can be accessed. If you don’t like the sliding effect, the contacts can be displayed in multiple lines by easily disabling this effect. You can choose to display a photo, an image or just a simple text for each contact. The application is easy to use and can be customized with animated or sound effects (see demo animation below).
You don’t have to worry about accidental clicks, the software has a protection system against these kind of unwilling events. Being a low memory consumption, Elecont Dialer is available in 12 languages. The current version (1.0.88 , released on 28 September 2008) requirements are: Windows Mobile 5, 6 or 6.1 / Pocket PC or Smartphone. The .cab instalation file can be downloaded from here: http://www.elecont.com/pocket/Dialer/ElecontDialer_c.ARMv4.CAB and the version will be fully functional during a 3-day trial period. The activation code can be bought directly from the installed program for just $6,95.
